WE ARE URBAN GUERRILLAS,

A youth-focused environmental group based in Naarm. Our goal is to make a strong impact in today’s rapidly changing climate and to encourage everyone to reflect on the ancient land we all stand on.

OUR MISSION:

We’re building a community to bring about change for our environment.

We aim to reintroduce and restore Indigenous biodiversity into Urban Landscapes, build an actionable community, and decentralise environmental knowledge  by encouraging young community members of all abilities and backgrounds to take part and learn about their local environment through our events and workshops.

SINCE JULY 2022 WE’VE:

HELD 46 EVENTS

In collaboration with our members and environmental educators.

HAD 1558 ATTENDEES

Across our events, workshops, and planting days.

PANTED 24,400 INDIGENOUS PLANTS

In sites along Gardiner’s Creek in collaboration with Friends of Groups and Local Councils.

We’re always looking for new members, so if this sounds like something you want to get involved in then :
